How long does it take to process my order?

Because all of our products are custom-made just for you, they require a short processing time before they are shipped. This "Processing Time" includes printing, manufacturing, quality checks, and secure packaging.

Processing Time: 2 - 3 business days for all items.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Once your order leaves our production facility, it is handed over to our trusted shipping partners, including USPS, DHL, and UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

We offer two shipping options at checkout depending on how quickly you need your gear:

• Standard Shipping (US Only)

  • Total Delivery Time: 7 - 12 days (2-3 days processing + 5-9 days transit).

  • Cost: $6.99

  • Note: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $149!

• Express Shipping (US Only)

  • Total Delivery Time: 5 - 8 business days (2-3 days processing + 3-5 days transit).

  • Cost: Flat rate of $24.99.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gukadu apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

How do I start a return?
